Light Journey Retreats offers 'Cleansing and Losing Weight' Retreats and Nutritional Education, in Haiku, using ancient Hawaiian traditions of Seawater and medicinal herbs. And now in Hana, we've recently added, Community Building Experiences & Healing for the whole family, called Life Journeys, on 4 acres in Hana, Maui, Hawaii.

In Haiku, we offer a peaceful sanctuary, away from the hotels, at a lush garden estate, only minutes from famous Hookipa Beach. Come rest and play in the surf, with good nutrition or partake in a 1 or 2 week focused Cleansing Retreat before you head out to Hana, for some green education for the whole family.

In answer to todays' needs for Sustainable Living practices and new job training for healthy communities and Mother Earth, we now offer experiential Green Retreats and learning vacations where you immerse yourself in environmental education and deeper into the Hawaiian Healing Arts & Medicines.

Life Journeys is now offering 'Take Your Life Back' Retreats.

At a Green Retreat, you receive hands-on experiences and classes in Energy and Food Security issues and solutions using Permaculture-Biodynamic gardening methods, and most alternative energy solutions found today, like solar, wind & rain catchment. We learn the Hawaiian Healing Arts with a Kahuna. You will go deep into real Hawaiian Culture and see the 'hidden' Hana with your local Hawaiian hosts and their Ohana. They may share with us any of the following; hula, lei making, Hawaiian medicinal herbs or we might take a private tour of nearby sacred sites and listen to 'real stories' of history from family members and elders.

We have sourced the best of what we can find for Cleansing our bodies, our homes, Mother Earth and now we offer the training and immersion into rebuilding our bodies, our community, our earth, through Life Journeys. We have seen a direct correlation to the amount of cleansing that one does to the amount of Abundance and Joy that shows up in one's life as well Manifestation of one's true desires.

Whatever you choose, we always offer yoga and meditation, infra-red sauna, colonic hydrotherapy, massage and sound therapy, enzyme rich raw food, lots of ocean swimming and floating, hiking time and just BEing at peace in our gardens with no agenda!

Our accommodations are now suited for up to 6 - 8 people in either location of Ha'iku or Hana. Hana being our Sustainable Living Project and Ha'iku being our welcome site to the island.
